Uncommon is a special place where you don’t just come to get a “sweat on” but a place where you will be challenged physically, mentally & emotionally. Our members genuinely care about each other and want to see each other succeed. There is no room for an inflated ego at Uncommon, instead we strive to cultivate an atmosphere of humility where there is both self-respect & respect of others.
Our focus is not just on PR’s & lifting the most weight (we will celebrate it course!), but our focus is on pursuing fitness for a lifetime not just for the present.
You can skip the normal “Getting Started Steps” and instead, join us for a free week of group classes. This allows you to get a feel for Uncommon’s programming and community.
At Uncommon we believe it is important for both the member and the coaches to understand the WHY(s) of the other party for a productive relationship. In addition, there are core principles and movements at Uncommon that are not common to many CrossFit gyms. This exchange of information is best communicated in a 1-on-1 setting vs a group. Therefore, if you determine Uncommon is where you want to train after your free week then we will schedule at least one Individual Session before you sign up for one of our membership agreements.
